not enough sun beds. ordered two rooms but second room did not receive comp fruit but that was sorted.

This hotel is absolutely beautiful, especially the pool area. There is no shortage of comfortable furniture, and the large waterfall shower head in the room was a plus. Guests were treated to a live musical performance in the evening, which was really very good, and a yoga session was on offer in morning. As Booking guests entry into the spa was included, which we didn’t originally realise. There is a very large jacuzzi (with a view of the lake) and both wet and dry saunas. Staff were very helpful every time we needed them. The hotel was quiet which was nice, although that could have been because we were there on a Monday. Would definitely come again :)

There were some orange stains on our duvet when we arrived. Some of the welcome information was out of date (on the winter timetable). It said the pool closes at 16:00, but actually it closed at 18:00.

The staff was very friendly and always were polite and helpful. The hotel / room was very clean. Food was excellent.

The setting was amazing ...extremely well received by Hotel staff. Food at Hotel restaurant was very good and Hotel was well kept and clean.

I thought Hotel would be a little more modern , especially in the new wing. This comment should not detract from what I have written above .

Perfect location with good facilities, and amazing views. Great atmosphere by pool. Staff are fantastic. Wonderful family stay.

Very expensive, but worth it.

The hotel is right on Lake Kinneret with its own private swim area. Lovely location and great setup. Fantastic breakfast buffet.

The gym needs to be updated and made bigger.

The hotel is in very tired condition. It desperately needs to be renovated. Considering how very expensive it is to stay here, I expect the condition of the rooms, grounds, etc to be much better. It's a shame since the location is excellent.

The room and the 2 single beds with badly fitting sheets left a lot to be desired.

The location is very good. The breakfast buffet has plenty of options!

The hotel is very old. Room is big but bathroom very small. We think is is too expensive for what it offers.

for the high price we paid in off season, the rooms were outdated. Towel ropes needed to be thrown away. Holes all over.

No lobby sitting area, gym tiny, could hear three from one to the other. Room can use chairs.
